COMMUNICATION IS KEY
The ability to communicate well is one of the most under-rated skills in life.
Communication is at the heart of what we do. It is what we as tutors do, but it is also about communicating with everyone involved in the journey; the parent, the student and our team here at Alchemy.
We ask that you really make an effort to communicate with us in a clear and timely manner. If we reach out to you please respond as soon as you can.
If you have questions or concerns please get in touch. We have multiple ways for you to contact us – from SMS or email for simple points, live chat for conversations and phone if needed. We do our very best to get back to you as soon as possible, so we really ask you do the same.
If there is an issue with a student, you feel you can’t continue with them or you are no longer able to continue tutoring, please let us know before you do anything or mention it to the parent. We will explore some options and advise you of the next steps.
Effective communication is so important and makes life easier for everyone.
If we continually have to follow up with you, it is likely we will block you from accepting new students and may even take existing students back from you. This isn’t school – we don’t want to have to send you multiple reminders and messages to get a response from you.
