THE MORE SESSIONS YOU DO, THE MORE YOU EARN PER HOUR.
We reward commitment by increasing your rate of pay with every 10 sessions you do with a student.
All our tutors commence at the same hourly rate as defined in the tutor agreement. This rate then increases with every 10 sessions you do with a student, and is based on each individual student you work with – so you may earn different hourly rates for each student you see.
To trigger your payment increase you will need to submit a 10 session progress report. Once you have completed 10 lessons with a student you will receive an email and be notified in Dashboard to complete the report. This is then sent to the parent and your hourly rate will increase from the next session by the amount defined in the tutor agreement.
Please note that no catch-up payments will be made for failure to complete the progress report. 10 session increases are based upon total lesson count and not individual hours – so even if you do 2 hour sessions with your student, you will still need to complete 10 sessions to receive the increase.
All payment rates and increase amounts are defined in the tutor agreement which can be viewed and downloaded from Tutorhub at any time.
