CANCELLATIONS
We maintain a 12 hour cancellation policy – if a parent does not notify you that they are unable to do a scheduled session within 12 hours of the session occurring, they will be charged a cancellation fee and you will receive 50% of your usual hourly rate.
Charging this fee is up to your discretion. We usually recommend you provide one warning before charging it, but we leave it up to you to decide.
Cancellation fees can be triggered from within ‘Your students’ in Dashboard.
